Witcher 3 cant download patch 1.31 ps4

I've been struggling to get into Witcher 2, I think probably because of how many hours I've put into Witcher 3 on PS4. For me as much as I want to play, it's often hard for me to go back to older games when the new one is so much better. What I can tell you is what everyone else said. Combat is similar but feels better.
